Taj City — New Cairo

- D2N in Sarai: developer inventory observed from about EGP 7.404 million for mixed-use units; the use and area must be specified before any comparison.
Some Sarai pages show long plans such as 0% down payment over up to 12 years for a particular phase or unit. Do not turn that offer into a permanent company claim; record it with a clear expiry date and phase.
