Flagship projects
The City of Odyssia — Mostakbal City
An integrated city of roughly 580 feddans according to Nawy, with districts such as Rare and Wood Walks alongside educational, retail and sports zones. Its phases should be linked to the main Odyssia page to prevent duplication.
At East and L’Avenir — Mostakbal City
At East is a project of roughly 181 feddans with apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses. L’Avenir is another independent Mostakbal City project, not a phase of Odyssia.
Keeva — Sixth of October
A West Cairo project on the Dahshur link, with apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses.
The Square and The Mornings — New Cairo
The Square is an established New Cairo residential community. The Mornings is a newer project containing a mixed-use component called Everyday; commercial prices must be kept separate from residential ones.
Gaia, Youd and Summer — the North Coast
Gaia is in Ras El Hekma, Youd sits at roughly kilometre 187 across 164 feddans, and Summer is a large Sidi Heneish destination of approximately 864 feddans. These are independent projects despite sharing a developer.
