Group identity

Dorra Developments states that Dorra Group was founded in 1943 and has grown into a large Egyptian private-sector group. Its history covers complex contracting, residential communities, commercial developments, resorts and regional operations.

Capital Business Park provides a clear role-separation example from the official history: Dorra Developments developed it, CRC-DORRA constructed it and Arab Facility Management manages it. These should be three database roles, not one generic developer field.

Village West — Sheikh Zayed

The official website separates apartment inventory—apartments, duplexes and penthouses—from villa products such as flat houses, townhouses and twin houses. Different product groups can have different phases, delivery dates and pricing.

Nawy describes a 125-acre development near the 26th of July Axis, but drive times are estimates. Confirm the phase, building, finishing, parking and maintenance for the exact property.

Address East — New Cairo

The official project list includes apartments, duplexes, standalone villas and twin houses. Nawy describes approximately 60 acres. Address East must remain separate from the older The Address project despite the similar names.

The Address and The Villa

The Address is presented with apartments, while The Villa contains standalone and twin villas. Use separate canonical pages and include the developer and location because “Address” is widely used across property brands.

Greens and Hadayek El Mohandessin

Greens is a Sheikh Zayed community, and Hadayek El Mohandessin appears in the historic portfolio. Older communities can have mostly resale stock, making dues, maintenance and assignment approval important.

Zayed 2000 and Al Shorouk 2000

These names are associated with the development arm’s earlier period. “2000” is part of the brand and does not prove every unit’s delivery year. Keep Al Shorouk 2000 and Zayed 2000 in their correct area records.

Commercial and office portfolio

Capital Business Park — Sheikh Zayed

The official website lists administrative, commercial and medical uses. Offices, clinics and shops require different licence, fit-out, operation and price fields.

Preserve the official role mapping: Dorra Developments as developer, CRC-DORRA as contractor and Arab Facility Management as operator.

The Courtyard, Atrium and AIS

Dorra places these in its commercial and administrative portfolio. Do not label every asset as a mall. Confirm each unit’s permitted office, retail or medical use in the contract and licence.

Other assets

Silverene Tower, Plaza Residence and Dorra Bay appear on the official list. Confirm country, city, use and live sales status before connecting them to an Egypt route or publishing a current price.

Prices — 19 August 2026

Nawy displayed 424 properties available under Dorra Group, starting at EGP 7,000,000 on the review date. That large inventory may span areas, projects, product types and both primary and resale listings.

A usable price record needs the project, unit, area, sale type, observation date, finishing, delivery, parking, down payment, instalment term, total contract cost, maintenance, membership and assignment terms. A low price in an older community is not comparable to a new Village West home or Capital Business Park shop.

Buyer strengths and checks

Potential strengths include a long construction and development history, residential and commercial work across East and West Cairo, operating capabilities within the wider group, delivered projects that can be inspected, and an official contact channel.

Vertical integration does not remove the need to identify the company responsible for each obligation. Verify the landowner and developer, whether Dorra is developer or only contractor, the phase and licensed use, current progress, facility manager and fees, primary or resale status, parking and land share, and the total cost through delivery and operation.
