Pixel Labs — NEWGIZA
A fully finished office phase inside NEWGIZA. It should be a commercial child page rather than a project separate from its parent community in developer and location terms.
Seashell — the North Coast
A Ras El Hekma coastal destination with several phases. It should be kept separate from Seashell Playa or the newer phases according to the official structure.
New Kairo — New Heliopolis
A residential community in East Cairo. The name is spelled with a K per the brand, and a redirect from new-cairo-g-developments should be prepared to avoid search errors.
IVY — New Zayed
A residential project in New Zayed offering family units. It needs a page separate from NEWGIZA despite sharing a developer.
City View — West Cairo
A project on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road close to NEWGIZA, but an independent entity.

- NEWGIZA: a Nawy result showed a resale unit observed at about EGP 26.25 million; this must not be used as a general starting price without checking the current listing set.
