HAPTown is an integrated Mostakbal City community with residential phases such as Park 226 and Park View, plus a business district. The Valleys is a separate company project in Mostakbal City, not an alternative name for HAPTown.
SwanLake West — West Cairo
A project of roughly 173 feddans in Sixth of October, made up of residential villages set at different levels and offering apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses.
SwanLake North Coast and SwanLake El Gouna
SwanLake North Coast is a Ras El Hekma resort of approximately 208 feddans according to Nawy, while SwanLake El Gouna is a different project in El Gouna. The coastal portfolio also includes Little Venice in Ain Sokhna.

Do not compare a HAPTown price with a The Valleys price without stating unit type and area; one may be an apartment and the other a villa or townhouse. A low resale starting price should never be set against a villa launch price without normalising type and size first.
