Jefaira — the North Coast

A large coastal project with phases and districts such as Ayla, The Quayside, The Cribs and Furl. Four pages should not be created as though these were unrelated developers or projects; every phase points back to Jefaira as the parent entity.

Fifty 7 — West Cairo

A newer residential project. Property Finder shows construction starting in May 2025 and expected delivery in December 2027, but the schedule should be reviewed with the developer before final publication.

Brix — Sixth of October

A residential project on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road. The circulating price data differs by date, so a price-history record is needed.

Soleya and West Hills — West Cairo

Independent residential projects within the Inertia portfolio. Inertia’s West Hills must not be confused with similar names belonging to other developers.

Veranda — Sahl Hasheesh

A Red Sea resort with studios, apartments and villas. It needs a Sahl Hasheesh area page and a link to the Red Sea projects guide.

Jefaira Furl II: observed launch price from about EGP 14.487 million.
Furl Jefaira: from about EGP 10.268 million.
Jefaira Quayside: from about EGP 7.014 million.
The Cribs Jefaira: from about EGP 10.791 million.
Fifty 7: the Property Finder page states a starting price of EGP 9.35 million, with a higher launch offer shown at the head of the page; actual inventory must be verified.
Brix and Veranda prices published in some directories are older, so they should be kept as price history rather than today’s price.
