Who is Mountain View?

Mountain View is a private Egyptian development company working in residential communities and resorts. The company states that its portfolio includes more than 23 projects across East and West Cairo, the North Coast and the Red Sea. It was founded by Amr Soliman, who serves as Executive Chairman, while recent company communications identify Wael Lotfy as a Co-CEO.

iCity New Cairo

A large New Cairo project made up of several residential districts, or “islands”. It includes apartments, villas and the iVilla product, which offers a villa-style home inside a low-density building with a private entrance and a garden or roof depending on the model. Phases with real search volume, such as Club Park, deserve standalone pages while a parent project page is retained.

iCity October and Kingsway

iCity October is a Sixth of October community with parks, residential zones and educational and sports facilities. Kingsway is a newer West Cairo project of approximately 715 feddans according to Nawy, comprising villas, townhouses and other unit types.

Aliva — Mostakbal City

Aliva is a Mostakbal City project made up of phases with distinct stories and experiences, such as River Park. It should be linked to the Mostakbal City guide and East Cairo comparisons rather than described as an extension of iCity.

Mountain View Ras El Hekma

A Ras El Hekma coastal destination with Greek-inspired architecture. The company presents it as a family beach town with several beach experiences and a community hub named The Lighthouse. Nawy reports an area of roughly 450 feddans.

Plage and Crysta — Sidi Abdel Rahman

Plage is a coastal project at roughly kilometre 120, with apartments, chalets, duplexes and villas alongside hospitality and retail facilities. Crysta is a newer Sidi Abdel Rahman project recorded at about 470 feddans. Plage, Crysta and LVLS must not be merged into a single page, because they are independent projects.

Observed prices on 19 August 2026

• iCity New Cairo: apartments from about EGP 15.593 million, iVillas from about EGP 17.329 million and villas from about EGP 49.062 million.
• Kingsway: Nawy content published in 2025 showed primary units starting from about EGP 11.1 million and resale from about EGP 9.6 million; live inventory must be rechecked before final publication.
• Mountain View Hyde Park: resale observed from about EGP 6.9 million.
• Chillout Park: resale observed from about EGP 8 million.

What to review before reserving

Check the phase name, the product type, usable area against built-up area, finishing, delivery date, maintenance, parking, the club and assignment conditions. For an iVilla specifically, understand where the unit sits within the building and whether the garden or roof is owned outright or held as a right of use.
