A mixed-use tower with its own independent name. The number 31 is part of the brand, not a phase number inside Nile Business City.

Tycoon Tower

A high-rise hospitality project in the New Administrative Capital. The company’s material describes it as a prominent hotel landmark; claims such as “the tallest in Africa” need an independent engineering reference and a measurement date before being used in a title.

Tycoon Center and Nile Boulevard

Projects within the company’s portfolio in the Capital and East Cairo. The type of use and the precise location of each name should be fixed before unit pages are created.

River District
