Flagship projects

Central — New Cairo

A mixed-use project of ten office buildings and five podiums across roughly 86,000 sqm. It needs a standalone commercial page, with office and retail prices kept apart from Jayd’s residential units.

A residential community of apartments and family units in East Cairo.

Bleu Vert and Mayadin — the New Administrative Capital

Bleu Vert is a residential project, while Mayadin is a large R5 development offering studios, apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses. Mayadin’s relationship to its phases and new launch names should be verified before a final sitemap is published.

Il Latini — New Alamein

A company project in New Alamein. It must not be confused with Latin District, which City Edge markets and develops; the names are similar but the entities are different.

Sawari — Alexandria

A residential community in the area west of Carrefour Alexandria, in partnership with local parties. The historical price published in 2019 must not be used as a current price.

Nile Pearl and SED Towers

Residential and hotel towers on the Nile, a different asset class from gated communities, so they need their own service, operation and maintenance fields.
