A series of residential and mixed-use projects in the New Administrative Capital, not phases whose prices should be merged automatically. De Joya 2 sits in R8 across roughly 11 feddans, while De Joya 4 sits in K2–K3 within R8 and extends across about 70 feddans according to Nawy.

De Joya Plaza Residence

A product or project combining residential with service or retail components. Its relationship to the De Joya series should be fixed before a final canonical is set.

Taj Tower, Taj Tower 2 and Taj Tower 3

Business and hospitality towers in the New Administrative Capital. Each tower is an independent entity and they must not be collected under a single price page named Taj Tower.

De Joya, the original project: Property Finder showed a starting point from about EGP 3.177 million with expected delivery in Q4 2026 for the inventory listed.
De Joya 2: Nawy showed developer inventory from about EGP 2.719 million and resale from about EGP 1.391 million; the area and remaining obligations must be verified.
A June 2026 source showed De Joya 2 one-bedroom units at EGP 2.7–3.95 million, two-bedroom at about EGP 4.407 million and three-bedroom at about EGP 5.86 million.
De Joya 4: 2026 sources showed an approximate starting range between EGP 6.158 million and EGP 6.373 million.
