IL Monte Galala — Ain Sokhna

Bloomfields and Scenes — Mostakbal City

Bloomfields is the company’s first mixed-use residential community in Mostakbal City, with newer launches such as Scenes located inside or beside it depending on the current project structure. The precise relationship between brand name and phase should be updated before the final internal links are built.

Rivers — New Zayed

A New Zayed residential community offering apartments, duplexes, penthouses, villas, townhouses and twin houses.

D-Bay: chalets from about EGP 17.15 million and villas from about EGP 62.5 million.
Rivers: developer inventory observed from about EGP 5.488 million and resale from about EGP 6.37 million.
Bloomfields: Nawy content showed smaller apartments from about EGP 6.313 million and units of 130–149 sqm from about EGP 10.509 million; the inventory date must be checked, because some older search results carry historical prices that are not fit for publication today.
