East Tower: a market directory showed a starting point from about EGP 16.904 million for some units, with a 10% down payment at the time of observation.
Uni Tower: an older market source showed a total from EGP 552,000 on the basis of EGP 23,000 per sqm; this figure is historical and should not be presented as a 2026 price without direct inventory.
Newer pages present East Tower and Suli Golf as “ask for price”, which is the more accurate option when no recent list exists.
