Seazen: a recent market source showed chalets from about EGP 9.4 million, townhouses from about EGP 26.9 million, twin houses from about EGP 37.4 million and villas from about EGP 47.1 million.
Another source in July 2026 showed smaller units from about EGP 6.3–7.7 million; these may be studios or a different launch phase.
Published offers mention a 5% down payment in some phases, but this must not be generalised across all inventory.
No reliable single price appears for Eastshire or Cityzen in the sources reviewed here; both must be confirmed directly.
